I only have good things to say about project PARGO. I originally bought 2 drink bottles with straws. One worked perfectly and the other didn't. I reached out and feel that customer service went above and beyond to help me try to problem solve, and then when that didn't work, to replace the faulty part. So, the products are amazing, and in the unusual event that you have an issue, customer service are amazing. Highly recommended! Will be buying coffee cups next!
