Every product is crafted to the highest quality standards, manufactured ethically, and delivered to your door with care. If your PARGO isn’t performing as we guarantee, please review the details below.

WHAT'S COVERED

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if: They have a manufacturing defect They were purchased from an approved Project PARGO retailer

Manufacturing defects include:

• Broken or leaking lids (must not be the result of dropping the product and must be accompanied by a photo of the entire bottle)

• Products that don’t insulate properly — covered by our Lifetime Insulation Warranty

• If your insulation fails, a replacement will be provided (refunds are not issued for insulation claims)

• Products that arrive damaged (from Project PARGO online purchases) Please refrain from using the product, as for health and safety reasons, used products cannot be replaced or exchanged

• Rough surfaces or sharp edging on your product

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

General wear and tear is not covered under our warranty.

• This includes: Dents and scratches

• Powder coating chipped from accidental drops

• Damage from improper or incorrect cleaning

HOW TO CLAIM

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photos of the issue (including a full product image for lid claims)
