At Project PARGO we endeavor to create premium products that not only are life-changing but last a lifetime as well. We design and build everything to the highest quality possible. Our manufacturing is done ethically and we pride ourselves on transporting them carefully to your door.

General wear and tear aren’t covered by the PARGO warranty. This includes dents and scratches, powder coating chipped from accidental drops or damaged in any way. As well as damage as a result of improper or incorrect cleaning.

Eligible for return or exchange only if they are manufacturing defaults and if they have been purchased from approved Project PARGO retailers.

Defaults include

⦁ Broken or leaking lids.

⦁ Products that don’t insulate properly.

⦁ Products that arrive damaged (Project PARGO online purchases). If this is the case, please refrain from using your product as unfortunately for health and safety reasons used products cannot be replaced or exchanged.

⦁ Rough surfaces or edging on your product.
