Project #01 in Sumbawa, Indonesia
On 24th of October 2019 the Project PARGO co-founders Dylan & Ellie set out on our first clean water project, travelling to Sumbawa, Indonesia.
The area of Sumbawa, holds a special place within our hearts, having travelled there over a dozen times and seeing the imminent need for clean water, we always knew this would be the very first place we would aim to implement clean water filters.
Four months on from launching Project PARGO, we were so humbled by the response we were ready to make an impact
Surfboard Bags & Luggage bags filled with filters, we were on our way to Indonesia to help as many people possible
The Sawyer 0.1 micron filters were implemented into three villages in the southern region of Sumbawa and now upwards and over 1500 people have access to clean water for the very first time.
Cheers,
from the Project PARGO Team!
