I got the insulated mug with lid and handle for a new mum so she can safely hold her coffee one handed while holding the baby, and the coffee stays hot. In her favourite colour too.
Love my keep cup from Pargo, keeps things so hot and cold for a long long time. Would love to see a plug for the lid to stop liquid from spilling out when not drinking though.

I reached out and feel that customer service went above and beyond to help me try to problem solve, and then when that didn't work, to replace the faulty part.
