General wear and tear aren’t covered by the PARGO warranty. This includes dents and scratches, powder coating chipped from accidental drops or damaged in any way. As well as damage as a result of improper or incorrect cleaning.
Eligible for return or exchange only if they are manufacturing defaults and if they have been purchased from approved Project PARGO retailers.
Defaults include
⦁ Broken or leaking lids.
⦁ Products that don’t insulate properly.
⦁ Products that arrive damaged (Project PARGO online purchases). If this is the case, please refrain from using your product as unfortunately for health and safety reasons used products cannot be replaced or exchanged.
⦁ Rough surfaces or edging on your product.
Each claim will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please send a detailed description and photos to hello@projectpargo.com including proof of purchase.
COOLER BAG WARRANTY
We build our gear to last, and we stand behind it. Your PARGO Cooler Bag is covered by a limited 3-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, when used as intended and in line with our care instructions.
What’s Covered
If your cooler bag shows a defect due to a manufacturing fault during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it (at our discretion), free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by:
Misuse, abuse, or neglect
Punctures, scratches, or tears
Normal wear and tear
Fading, discoloration, or breakdown of materials over time
Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Project PARGO
Warranty Conditions
To be eligible:
The product must have been purchased from Project PARGO or an authorised retailer.
You must be the original purchaser.
You’ll need proof of purchase.
Making a Claim
If you believe your cooler bag has a defect, reach out to us at help@projectpargo.com with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a short description. Our team will review and get back to you within a few business days.
If approved, we’ll guide you through return shipping and replacement. Limited edition or discontinued products will be replaced with the closest available model.
